Mental health speaker, author, and founder of Inspiring My Generation — on a mission to make healing accessible.
From Survivor to Changemaker
Why I Do This Work
I didn’t plan on becoming a mental health advocate. I planned on disappearing.
In 2019, I became a three-time suicide attempt survivor. One week later, I left the psychiatric unit with a decision: to stay and fight for my life.
That same year, I lost my uncle — the one who helped me hold on — to suicide.
That loss broke me open. I started writing. Speaking. Creating. And eventually, I founded Inspiring My Generation.
This isn’t just work. It’s who I am. It’s why I stay.
