The Youth Edition is a guided reflection and conversation experience designed for children and teens to explore their emotions, discover who they are, and build meaningful connections with others.
Unlike traditional conversation activities, this edition incorporates multiple forms of expression—including writing, drawing, movement, imagination, music, and discussion—to help young people communicate in ways that feel natural to them.
The prompts are designed to support:
Emotional awareness
Self-expression
Confidence and self-worth
Coping skills
Goal setting
Connection with others
Understanding and communicating feelings
Created for youth settings, the Youth Edition is designed for schools, counseling programs, youth organizations, and behavioral health programs supporting children and adolescents.
