Yes—but it’s much more than a traditional board game. Every prompt is intentionally designed to encourage reflection, communication, creativity, and connection. The board simply provides a structured, engaging way to guide the experience.
Note: The Individual & Family Edition does not include a board.
No. Pieces of You is a reflection and conversation tool. When facilitated by a licensed mental health professional, it can become part of the therapeutic process, but it is not therapy on its own.
