Healing doesn’t happen one way — it happens in many.

Pieces of You creates meaningful connections, honest conversations, and emotional awareness in group settings.

The Guided Edition is designed for treatment centers, therapy groups, and mental health programs. It combines structured prompts with interactive activities to increase engagement, participation, and peer connection in group settings. Already used in real facilities, it offers an experience-based tool that aligns with the growing demand for non-clinical, connection-focused mental health resources.
