Pieces of You is a guided reflection and conversation experience designed to help people connect, express themselves, and discover the pieces of who they are.
For individuals, families, schools, counselors, and behavioral health programs.
Meaningful Conversations Don’t Always Happen Naturally
Sometimes people want to open up but don’t know where to start.
Pieces of You created a structured, supportive way for people to reflect, express themselves, and connect through prompts that encourage honest conversations and personal discovery.
What This Is
Pieces of You is a color-coded board game designed to foster reflection, discussion, and connection in a safe and supportive space. Players roll dice, move along the board, and complete prompts that invite journaling, group discussion, letter writing, goal-setting, and encouragement for others.
The game is built to be inclusive, offering multiple ways to participate so everyone can engage in ways that feel comfortable. Tangible elements, like hearts and stars, create lasting reminders of personal insights and connections.
Where it fits:
Facilities & group programs: Facilitated by staff or a licensed therapist, the game can support emotional wellness and reflection.
Schools & SEL programs: Helps students explore feelings, values, and connection skills.
Individuals, friends, and families: A tool for conversation and reflection.
Important: The game is not therapy on its own. It is a reflective and discussion-based activity. When used in clinical settings, it becomes a therapeutic tool only under the guidance of a licensed professional.

Testimonials
“This game is ingenious. Truly inspired. One of the most surprisingly, fun and thoughtful ways to find within yourself, the strength and courage to find out who you are among a group while learning who they are as well. In many ways I found that this game helped me tremendously more than multiples of other groups I've done. To put it into perspective this isn't just a game it is a unique tool that can help you cope with life's pressures. It's a must have.”
-Michael Clark (patient at DiDi Hirsch)
“The game has been great for getting all clients engaged. The questions target vulnerable and important areas in a non-evasive way, which has helped create meaningful discussion and reflection during groups. Clients reported having fun while also gaining insight into where they are in their recovery journey.”
-Group Facilitator at Recovery Unplugged Fort Lauderdale Mental Health
“I would recommend Pieces of You to another facility. It really helps one express everything they’ve been suppressing underneath and helps one understand themselves more”
